James Holt, from Bury, England, has so far spent £21,000 ($27,500) on cosmetic procedures in an effort to copy the most striking features of the Kardashian sisters and achieve a fake look.
22-year-old Holt says he has been planning to alter his body from a very young age, when he became obsessed with looking like the models on Page 3 of English tabloids. At age 17, he booked his first cosmetic procedures at a local salon – a bout of Botox shots to his forehead and some lip injections. He had just one milliliter of liquid injected into his lips, but after that failed to draw the attention of his colleagues when he went to school the next day he decided to go back for more.
“I went to college the next day expecting everyone to be amazed and to comment on my lips, but no one said anything,” he recalls. “I went back the next morning and had another 1.5ml put in, but still no one noticed. By the end of the week I had 6ml and everyone said it looked amazing. I loved my look. It was big and juicy and it was just what I wanted.” His joy didn’t last very long, as small bubbles soon appeared on his swollen upper lip, and when liquid started to leak out of it, James was rushed to a clinic in Bury to fix his damaged lips.

After such a terrible experience, most people wouldn’t go near a cosmetic procedure salon again, , but James was undeterred by the horrific results. He kept altering his looks, and the rise of the Kardashians to international fame inspired him even more. “I love the Kardashians, especially Kylie and Khloe, but Kim is past it now. I love that big butt and small waist look,” he says. “Since Kylie started getting big lips a year ago it’s become really fashionable. Mine are bigger than Kylie’s now.”
In his quest to achieve the ultimate fake look, James Holt says he has spent £10,000 ($13,000) on his lips alone – he fills them up every two months – £3,000 ($3,900) on Botox, £2,000 ($2,600) on cheek filler, filler under his eyes, and filler on his jawline. He also wears a corset up two eight hours a day to get a coveted wasp waist, but is considering a more drastic approach to shrinking his waist. “I was using it to push the ribs in to make them smaller, but as soon as you take it off it goes back to normal,” James said. “I want six ribs removed because I think I have too much ribcage. It makes me look bigger than I am.”

“I’m going to be really fake looking – that’s the look I’m going for,” the 22-year-old said, adding that he will fly to Poland in August to have a £4,000 ($5,200) nose job and is planning to get a chin implant, his toes straightened and fat transferred to his butt for a fuller look.
But where does a 22-year-old young man get the funds for all these procedures? No, he’s not using his own, or his parents’ money,relying instead on the generosity of three sugar daddies. These three older men live all over England and apparently help fund his expensive obsession.

One would think that Holt compensates his sugar daddies in sexual favors, but he describes himself as asexual, citing a lack of interest in a physical relationship. “My two main sugar daddies know me and have met me, but I’ve not had a sexual relationship with them or any others,” he says. “I don’t know what they’re getting out of it; they don’t get much from me. They’re just making me happy.”
He may not be interested in a relationship, but James claims he has plenty of admirers, both male and female, who can’t take his eyes off his full lips and bubble butt. Ah, ok…
